No dogmatic approach works in all situations, so all privates will differ. This is your journey. It’s no one’s but yours, and this lesson will be, too. Work with me one-on-one, as yoga was traditionally taught, and receive the guidance necessary to develop a practice tailored to your body, mind, and spirit. Sessions may comprise a guided meditation warm-up, goal setting, and assisted asana. Receive hands-on adjustments woven throughout your lesson to deepen your practice, as well as an assisted Savasana. Options to incorporate a guided yogic sleep and Thai yoga are also available.
